Valued Website’s appraisal and AMC order tracking systems lets you easily find and get to the property. Appraisers on the road with just a smart phone will especially appreciate this feature.
Every appraisal order with an address and zip code allows you to see a Google map of the property. And if you’re using a location-aware browser (most smart phones have this by default, as well as most modern browsers besides Internet Explorer), you can also get one-click driving directions from your current location to the property to be appraised. This feature is included with our appraisal software (ValuedPRO) and our appraisal management software (ValuedAMC).
The ValuedAMC appraiser management software and ValuedPRO appraiser software both come with a calendar. Use it to quickly scan through the coming (and past) year and see all appraisal orders that have been scheduled, inspected, completed, etc, all in an easy-to-read calendar format. Select all appraisers or just one, and a type of date to filter by (date ordered, date scheduled, date completed, etc.).
The calendar shows the appraiser’s name and the property address, including a link to see more details about the particular order.

Create as many informational pages as you want. Each page comes with SEO features, and there are also online marketing features such as “request more info” form. All of these will help your appraiser management company website pull in new leads.
APPRAISER SELF-SIGNUP FEATURES
Save time and let appraisers sign themselves up. Review their applications and approve them on your own schedule. They can upload up to ten supporting documents (license, insurance, resume).
APPRAISAL ORDER TRACKING
Clients submit an order (or you can enter it into the system for them), then the appraisal is offered to one or more appraisers or just assigned to one. Then the appraiser works on the order, and notes between admin, appraiser, and client are visible. When the appraiser is done, they upload a report for the admin’s review, who can reject it or send it on to the client.
OFFER ORDERS TO APPRAISERS
Appraisers indicate the locations they service, and then you can either assign orders to individual appraisers, or broadcast the offer to all appraisers who meet the criteria of being in the location of the property. More about offering or assigning orders to appraisers.
INVOICING AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
