STEP 1: PLACE YOUR ORDER

Get the ball rolling. Your website and back-end portal is ready to start using within 24 business hours. Choose between three packages:

STEP 2: USERS CREATE ACCOUNTS
Clients, staff, and contractors can self-signup or you can create their accounts for them. Staff and contractors can say what locations they service.

STEP 3: CLIENT SUBMITS ORDER
Clients submit the completely customizable order form, or print out a faxable order form and fax it, or you can enter orders into the system yourself.

STEP 4: ASSIGN ORDER
The system can tell you which staff/contractor to assign the order to based on location. You can offer the order to more than one contractor, and the first to accept it gets it.

STEP 5: ORDER IS WORKED ON
As your staff or contractor works, they update the order status, and can send notes to you and/or the client.

STEP 6: FILE UPLOAD
Files (reports or otherwise) can be uploaded. You can accept or reject the report. If accepted, the client is notified it’s ready.

STEP 7: CLIENT PAYS FOR AND DOWNLOADS REPORT
The client can pay online, and the report can be automatically emailed to them or they can get it from their secure client area.

STEP 8: RINSE AND REPEAT
Go back to step 3, or run a turnaround time report, or send one-click invoices.

The client can pay online, either right after they submit the order or later.

STEP 4: RINSE AND REPEAT
Go back to step 2.
