About Custom Programming and Customizations
Your web software can be made to "behave" and look any way you like, and any new functionality you can imagine can probably be implemented. Sometimes this just requires changing a site setting, and other times it requires custom programming.
Your web software comes with a half hour of included set-up time. We'll subtract from any available set-up time before charging $75/hr in 3 minute increments. Custom programming is NOT covered by a money-back guarantee, and estimated funds are due BEFORE work commences. Time taken that goes above the estimate will be due after work is completed.
About Bugs:
It is normal when new functionality is created for bugs to be encountered when first using the new functionality. Bugs are programming errors that arise in the use of the new functionality. While Valued Websites attempts to make sure all new programming is as free of bugs as possible, realistically there will most likely be bugs. In general, once a bug is fixed it will not happen again. Other bugs that look similar may appear, however. We can't think of every possible way that someone might use the software, and it requires actual use to iron out all the kinks.
It's suggested that you and perhaps one or two trusted individuals try out any new functionality before launching it.
Microsoft has teams of bug-hunters and still their software is full of bugs and holes requiring constant security updates -- it's just a fact of life where programming is concerned. Bugs will be fixed as soon as they are discovered, and the hourly rate will be charged. This is because bug fixing is considered part of the normal process of programming.
If you encounter a bug, simply note the URL (website address) of the page where the bug occurred, describe what you were trying to do, plus copy and paste any error message into an email to Valued Websites. If you know how to make a screenshot and feel that would help, then please send that.
