How to upgrade your Valued Websites system.
Improvements, new features, and bug fixes are constantly being applied to the Valued Websites system. While it's possible to upgrade certain portions of your website, for example to get a new feature, it's usually faster (for us) to upgrade your entire website.
It takes about 15 minutes to upgrade a stock website, and we'll take it out of your package's included set-up time if you have any, so it might end up costing nothing extra. Otherwise the rate is $75/hr.
For a site with customizations, they would need to be re-applied in the upgrade. Depending on the nature of the customization, this might be a quick thing or it might take more time.
If we see that an upgrade is going to cost you money, we'll be sure to tell you before performing it. In general, the older or more customized your site, the longer it will take to upgrade, and the greater the chance it will cost something.
