Troubleshooting: Order Disappears from System
VERSIONS AFFECTED: 11/5/10 and earlier
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Orders will no longer appear to be in the system even if they were before and no one deleted them.
This happens if an admin or apraiser is in the "view order" screen and they change the Order Status to None, either accidentally or on purpose.
SOLUTION
Search for the order by its address or your file number, because it will show up that way, then edit its Order Status (this may be called something different in your system if you've changed it from the default label) to be something besides None.
Let us know if this keeps happening and we can manually disable None being an option in dropdown lists on the "view order" screen. It is not there in current versions of the website so perhaps an upgrade would also be an option for you.
