6. APPRAISER PERFORMS APPRAISAL
As they work, they update their status, and can send notes to you which are visible to the client.
7. APPRAISER UPLOADS REPORT
You accept or reject the report. If accepted, the client is notified it's ready.
8. CLIENT PAYS FOR AND DOWNLOADS REPORT
The client can pay online, and the report can be automatically emailed to them or they can get it from their secure client area.
9. RINSE AND REPEAT
Go back to step 4, or run an appraiser turn times report, or send multi-order invoices.
