Private (Logged In) Pages

You can require clients to login before they can see a particular page. Useful for an "Our Licenses" type of page, or if you want to keep your rates for your client's eyes only.

MASTER ADMINISTRATOR

This is the 'master user' of your website, and controls all its configuration settings. This admin has access to all your site's order and user account information.

Appraisers

Appraisers mainly use the site to view and edit orders that have been assigned to them, and to upload reports for an admin to review. See the Appraiser Management section below for more info on appraisers.

Clients / Lenders

Clients use the site to submit and update orders, upload files, download reports that an admin has approved, and pay their invoices. See the Client Management section below for more info on clients.

Sub-Administrators / Account Execs

In combination with the Teams/Workgroups/Co. Divisions feature, sub-administrators can manage orders, appraisers, and clients that you assign to them.

Only the master admin can change the overall website settings (web page contents, email template contents, appraiser permissions).

Teams / Workgroups / Co. Divisions

Easily assign everyone who uses your website into various teams with a different sub-admin overseeing each team's clients, appraisers, and orders. Users can be part of more than one team.

Number of Orders

There is no limit to the number of orders you can have in the system. There is no per-order fee, and no surcharge for going over a certain number of orders.

Customizable Order Form

We have the most flexible order form around! All order form sections, fields, and field options can be renamed and moved around. Turn fields on or off. Make them required or not. Make each field visible, editable, or neither for clients or appraisers.

Orders Emailed and Saved

When an order is submitted by a client (or entered into the system by you) you'll get a notification email and the client will get an automated thank you note. But you don't just get an email (emails can get lost). The order is also saved in the database and accessible from any browser.

Per-Field Permissions

You can make each order form field viewable, non-viewable, or editable depending on who's looking at the order (admin, appraiser, or client).

Printable / Faxable Order Form

For your clients still stuck with 20th century technology, you can offer a two-click order form printout which they can then mail or fax to you. The printable order form uses the same fields as your online order form.

Admin Reviews Appraiser Reports

When an appraiser uploads a report, an admin must first approve it before the client can see it. Useful for appraiser management company websites.

When the report is approved, you can automatically email the client a copy of the report, or make them pay first. It will also be ready for downloading within their client area.

Search / Filter / Export Orders

Perform all common database functions on your orders: search, filter, edit. You can export your orders as Excel-compatible CSV files.

Assignment Fee / Service Charge

Charge a per-order fee above the appraisal fee, which isn't included in appraiser fee split calculations, and appears separate from the appraisal fee in invoices. Legally required of AMCs in some states.

Calendar of Scheduled Orders

Monthly overview calendar of all orders that have been scheduled. Shows property address and assigned appraiser.

Field Calculations Report

Easily perform basic math on up to three order form fields at a time. Specify a date range, client, and/or appraiser. Useful for calculating commissions (multiply the appraisal fee by the commission percentage).

Offer Orders By Location

Define a set of locations (cities, states, zip codes, "regions") that your appraisers then check off which ones they serve. When a new order comes in, the system can recommend to the admin which appraiser(s) to assign the order to or offer the order to based on which ones service the location of the property.

Offer Orders By County

The website comes with all US states and counties in its database, and your appraisers can check off which ones they service. When a new order comes in, the system can recommend to the admin which appraiser(s) to assign the order to or offer the order to based on which ones service the county of the property.

Offer Orders By Distance

When a new order comes in, the system can recommend to the admin which appraiser(s) to assign the order to or offer the order to based on which ones are closest to the property.

Appraisers Can Self Signup

Save time and let appraisers create their own accounts. An admin will have to approve the account before it becomes active.

Appraiser Fees Report

Select a date range and an appraiser (or all appraisers), and this report will tell an admin how much appraisers have made and how much they're owed based on their fee split.

Appraiser File Uploads

Appraisers can upload up to ten supporting files (license, insurance, resume, headshot, sample appraisal, etc).

Review Appraiser

Optional second appraiser that will have its fee subtracted from the appraisal order before the primary appraiser's fee split is applied.

Appraiser Permissions

Perfect for larger offices or appraiser management companies, you can select whether appraisers can or can't do certain things, or assign certain privileges to specific individuals.

Allow appraisers to create new orders or not. Edit orders or not. Create new clients or not.

Turn Times Report

See an overview of each appraisers' turn times including time to inspection and time to completion.

Appraiser Membership Fee

You can set an optional membership fee that appraisers have to pay before their account is activated. Set the number of days and amount. Appraisers can pay online or off. After the membership period expires (an email automatically reminds them), they have to renew or else their account becomes inactive.

Additional Appraiser Account Statuses

Two additional account statuses are available when appraisers self-signup: application approved and ready for final review.

You can also set a membership time period so that appraiser accounts automatically become inactive when their membership period runs out.

Clients Can Self Signup

Save time and let clients create their own accounts. An admin will have to approve the account before it becomes active.

Secure Client Area

Clients have their own area where they can see all their orders categorized by status (open, archived, etc.), and also see their invoices.

Can Upload / Download Files

Clients can upload files related to an order, and they can download their appraisal report and supporting files that you upload. If you want, you can make it so they have to pay for an order before they can download that order's report.

Online Payments

Clients can pay online for invoices that you send them, or you can make it so they have to pay for orders at the time they submit them. Use a merchant account or PayPal.

Quick Invoicing

Client invoicing is robust and flexible:

1. Easily can send an email requesting payment with an attached PDF invoice to the client.
2. Or borrowers can search by address or order number and pay online.
3. Or clients can login and pay through their client area.
4. Or you can process a payment for clients through the website while they're on the phone with their credit card.

The website records all payments, keeping track of what orders are paid for and what orders still need to be invoiced. All billing and payment features are secure and don't expose client card data ("PCI compliance").

PDF Invoices & Receipts

The website will automatically generate a PDF invoice based on the orders you select to be part of the invoice. After it's paid, the client gets a PDF receipt.

Training and Support

You get unlimited support and training (for one person who knows how to use a computer and a web browser) for the period of time you use our services. This includes such things as learning how to use the web software's features, and troubleshooting.

You also get a half hour of set-up time. We'll subtract from this set-up time for any customization, data import, or design changes before we start charging our $75 hourly rate in 3 minute increments.

Backup / Export Database

Your site will be set up to automatically email you a backup of its database on a regular basis. Once a week, once a day, once an hour, it's up to you. You can also make manual on-demand backups. Non-database site files are backed up weekly by the hosting datacenter, and we also keep a copy in our files.

Newsletters / Group Emails

Easily send email newsletters or other group emails to your clients, appraisers, and/or admins. You can send to all members of the group or specify individuals. Send as a batch or customize each one and send one at a time.

ValuedSafe Secure File Archiving

USPAP-compliant file storage. Completely integrated with your website to store report files and other order-related files. Enable it from within your site admin at any time for $3/month per gigabyte of storage. Uses the same infrastructure as banks and hospitals.
