You will have complete control on a field-by-field basis what data appraisers can see and edit, and what data clients can see and edit.
Appraiser Management and Self-Service
Appraisers can sign themselves up including all their relevant contact info, what areas they service, and they can upload their license and other files. You get a notification email when appraisers sign up and you can then approve or reject their account. Appraisers can be assigned various site permissions on an appraiser-by-appraiser basis, and will only have access to their own orders. Charge appraisers an optional membership fee.
Offer or Assign Orders to Appraisers By Location
Appraisers can indicate what areas they service (cities, counties, states, whatever). When new orders come in, you can offer or assign these orders to appraisers who service the location indicated in the order. The system can also tell you which appraiser is closest to the property.
Report File Management
When appraisers complete an appraisal, they upload one or more report files to the system which you can approve or reject. Approved files can be emailed to the client by the system, and are also available within the client area. You can select whether clients need to pay or not before they can download their report.

Your company can be divided into multiple teams by the master admin, with each sub-admin overseeing only their own team's clients, appraisers, and orders.
