Customizable Order Form

Possibly one of the most important parts of your website. Your order form is completely customizable. It will ensure that all required fields are filled in. It will email you the form contents and send the sender an automated thank you note.

Orders Are Saved And Printable

All your orders will be saved in the website's backend admin area, which only you (or your appraisers) have access to. You can see all orders at a glance, and print them out. In the Premium Package, you can also filter, edit, and archive them.

Below you see an excerpt of the open orders overview. Coloring instantly conveys information, such as green orders being paid, and the red icon meaning the client has attached a note to this order. You can determine within the permissions settings whether appraisers can see or edit fee information.

Unlimited Pages

You can have unlimited informational pages. Publish your contact information, areas served, and pricing. Show off your resume and clientelle. Write the content that will get your site high search engine rankings (or request web marketing assistance).

Every page comes with up to three content areas (two sidebars and a main content area) and three areas where links appear (main navigation, logged-in sidebar, and footer). You can also edit an optional footer message.

Below you see an exerpt of the page management features. You can add, edit, view and delete pages. You can change their order within the navigation links. You can disable them or make them appear in the footer. With the Premium site, you can require that clients login first before they can see a particular page.

Easily Make Changes Yourself in the Browser

With our easy to use website administration system, you can keep your website's text and pictures up-to-date yourself, at any time, for free. If you can use a word processor and a browser, you can maintain your website yourself using our in-the-browser WYSIWYG editor.

Online Billing Features

Use the website to handle client billing with either PayPal payment processing or with your existing merchant account:

  1. Tell the website to send the client a customized email requesting payment.
  2. The client clicks the link in the email to go to your website where they pay.

With the Premium package, the website records their payment for use in reports, and you can see at a glance what orders are paid or unpaid.

Check your email from anywhere there's an internet connection.

We charge a $75/hr rate to help with setting up new email addresses in your email software. It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes for the first one, and then you can probably handle additional ones yourself.

"Contact Us" Form

Make it very easy for people to contact you by including a "Contact Us" form in addition to your phone number, fax, address, etc. The sender will get an automated thank you note.

Search Engine Optimized

Our packages are built from the ground up to rank well in search engines. You'll get customizable title, headline, content, and meta description fields which can greatly help your search engine rankings when properly used. Plus we'll give you advice on how to write with search engines in mind.

Additionally, page URL's are "pretty", so instead of www.yourwebsite.com/page.php?fd_id=238 your page URLs will look like www.yourwebsite.com/about_us
