Customizable Order Form

We have the most flexible order form around! All order form sections, fields, and field options can be renamed and moved around. Turn fields on or off. Make them required or not. Depending on who's looking at the order (admin, appraiser, or client), make each field editable or just viewable, or neither (useful for HVCC compliance).

When an order is submitted it will email you the form contents and send the client an automated thank you note.

Orders Are Saved And Printable

All your orders will be saved in the website's backend admin area, which only you (or your appraisers) have access to. You can see all orders at a glance and print them out. In the ValuedCOMPLETE Package, you can also filter, edit, export, and archive them.

Below you see an excerpt of the open orders overview. Coloring instantly conveys information, such as green orders being paid, and the red icon meaning the client has attached a note to this order. You can determine within the permissions settings whether appraisers can see or edit fee information.

Unlimited Pages and Subpages

You can have unlimited informational pages and subpages. Publish your contact information, areas served, and pricing. Show off your resume and clientelle. Write the unique content that will get your site high search engine rankings (or request web marketing assistance).

Every page comes with up to three content areas (two sidebars and a main content area) and three areas where links appear (main navigation, logged-in sidebar, and footer). You can also edit an optional footer message.

At your request, we'll add things such as mortgage calculators, news feeds, weather reports to whichever page(s) you specify.

Below you see an exerpt of the page management features. You can add, edit, view and delete pages. You can change their order within the navigation links. You can disable them or make them appear in the footer. With the ValuedCOMPLETE site, you can require that clients login first before they can see a particular page.

Easily Make Changes Yourself in the Browser

With our easy to use website administration system, you can keep your website's text and pictures up-to-date yourself, at any time, for free. If you can use a word processor and a browser, you can maintain your website yourself using our in-the-browser WYSIWYG editor.

Invoicing & Online Payments

With ValuedBASIC, clients can pay you online with either a merchant account or PayPal.

Or use ValuedCOMPLETE for a more robust client invoicing and payment solution. Just a couple of clicks is all it takes to generate a professional looking PDF invoice, which you can then email to the client or process the payment yourself. The website records all payments, keeping track of what orders are paid for and what orders still need to be invoiced.

Online billing is flexible:

1. You can send an email requesting payment along with an attached PDF invoice to the client.
2. Or borrowers can search by address or order number and pay online.
3. Or clients can login and pay through their client area.
4. Or you can process a payment for clients through the website while they're on the phone with their credit card.
5. Send billing emails one at a time, customizing each one.

All billing and payment features are secure and don't expose client card data.

Database Backups

Your site will be set up to automatically email you a backup of its database on a regular basis. Once a week, once a day, once an hour. It's up to you. You can also make manual on-demand backups. Non-database site files are backed up weekly by the hosting service, and we also keep a copy in our files.

There's no limit to your use of the features of the ValuedCOMPLETE website. First 10 appraisers included. Each additional appraiser who gets an order within a particular month is $2/month extra. Appraisers who do not get orders within a month will not cost extra. So sign up as many appraisers as you like, but only get charged for ones who actually work on orders within any particular month. There is no additional fee per order no matter how many orders come in.

Support for Appraiser Fee Splits

You can set up a default fee spit percentage for each appraiser, and this is also editable on a per-order basis. Admins or appraisers can then easily see a breakdown of their fees.

Admins Can Approve or Reject Appraiser-Uploaded Reports

Turn on this feature and when an appraiser uploads a report, an admin must first approve it before the client can see it. Useful for appraiser management company websites.
