Billing FAQ

Is a credit card required?

Yes.

Will my card be charged now?

No, it will be charged in 15 days, after your free trial is over. If you contact us to cancel before the 15 days are up, you won't be charged.

Are automatic charges required?

Yes. It will be up to you to cancel your service if you no longer need it. You will get a prorated refund for paid days from your last charge to the day of cancellation.

Can the charge interval be different than monthly?

The first charge must be the first month's fee. After the first month, automatic charges for the service fee can be anything: weekly, bi-monthly, yearly, every 42 days, etc. Just let us know within 15 days of placing your order if you want it something other than monthly.

What about optional items?

If you order any options (custom visual design, custom programming), fees for those are due at the time they are completed. You will receive a separate bill for those items, and will need to make a separate payment apart from your automated service fee payments.
